Exchange, Return & Shipping Policies
Exchange and Return Policy
Customers have up to 30 days from purchase to return/exchange items in their original condition. Socks or tights that have been taken out of their packaging cannot be returned. Any washed or damaged items, such as those with stains, broken buttons, or dog hair, are not eligible for return. To make a return, customers can go to the store with their original receipt. Please note we do not accept mail in returns at this time.
Due to small amounts of cash being retained in stores, Cash refunds may be returned via check depending on the amount. Refunds for merchandise paid for by credit card will be issued a credit on the same credit card.
There are certain items that may not be returned, such as special custom sizes, customized items, items purchased during a special or discounted sale, logoed items for schools that do not have an active uniform program with Varsity Uniform Co, and logoed items that have been discontinued by the school or are no longer part of the uniform program.
Shipping Policy
In Stock - Readily available items will ship next business day. If your item is not readily available you will receive a "ship date" via email.
